What Should I Expect from iTero® Scanner?
Dr. Marc S. Wright uses the iTero® scanner while you relax in our dental chair. The initial scan takes only a few minutes. Once the 3D image comes up on the system, Dr. Marc S. Wright uses various sequences to show you the issues that need to be addressed with orthodontic treatment. He also simulates how your teeth will move and the result of treatment. This technology helps patients visualize what is being accomplished with their treatments.
Having this level of detail helps our patients feel more confident and engaged with their orthodontic care at our practice. Dr. Marc S. Wright may also perform follow-up scans to demonstrate the progress in your treatment.
